I believe individuals are the experts on their own lives, but sometimes need guidance to grow and move toward wholeness and health. I work with my clients to provide an individualized plan that incorporates techniques and interventions from various theories, such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Humanistic, Existential, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Sand Tray. We work together to heal and process painful experiences while learning healthy skills to move forward.
Jessica Zbranek has a passion for working with kids through play therapy, teaching parenting skills, and loves implementing creativity in her counseling for teens and adults through sandtray and expressive arts. She has worked at multiple non-profit organizations that focus on sexual assault and domestic violence and has experience working with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, anger and aggression, and behavioral issues. She works with children ages 2 and up, teens, and adults.
Jessica finds joy in connecting with her clients and listening to their stories and experiences. She believes that everyone holds the potential to live fulfilling and happy lives, and loves to be a source of support for her clients as they work toward their goals.
